Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and other movements.

Our fantastic coach Travis caters each class to meet the needs and abilities of participants, in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment.

Rock Wall Climbing

The PCYC Rock Wall provides participants with strength, confidence and the thrill of extreme sport. This programs helps develop self confidence within people who have a fear of heights.

Rock climbing walls are specially built to provide adequate hand and foot holds. Without rocks and crevices to grab and hold onto, a rock climber would have no way to advance up the mountain.

Rock climbing is a full body workout. Not only is the sport fun, but it will get you in great shape.
