By making a donation to Canberra PCYC you will be assisting us to deliver cost effective programs and services to young people. We will also be able to support disadvantaged and at risk youth by providing free membership and access to our activities and facilities for those less fortunate in the community.

Canberra PCYC is extremely grateful for the continued support of its donors, who enable us to maintain and expand its programs throughout the Canberra region. We are a certified deductible gift recipient, which means every donation of $2 and over is acknowledged with an official receipt and is tax deductible.

With your donation, you are helping to ensure we can deliver our programs and activities to young people throughout the Canberra region. You are also investing in our future by providing young people with an opportunity to grow in a safe, supervised environment, and to learn to become productive members of the community.

Payroll donations

A payroll donation program is an initiative of many employers. It allows staff to make an easy, regular donation to their chosen charity, such as Canberra PCYC.

For employers, a payroll donation program offers the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on the work of Canberra PCYC with a direct tax-deductible donation from the employee’s pay.

For us, it is a great way to raise long term, regular funding.

In most cases, staff who choose to donate through their company’s payroll donation program, will donate $1-$2 per week.

In Kind Donations

Support for Canberra PCYC does not always come in the form of cash donations. For some individuals there is an opportunity to provide an in-kind donation to assist the work and services that we provide.

We are able to make use of goods and services from all types of businesses to conduct programs and in-turn reduce the cost to Canberra PCYC to carry out its operations. This can be anything from office supplies to building products, furniture to IT goods and even professional services which you may choose to donate to assist us in building positive future in the Canberra community.

We can also use many donated products and services to raise funds via our various events and functions conducted throughout the year.

Leave a Bequest

A bequest is a gift made through your Will, and can be made in the form of specific dollar amounts, property, a percentage of your estate, or a portion of what remains after you have provided for your family.

Canberra PCYC partly relies on the generosity of the community in order to run its programs and services for young people. Leaving a bequest to Canberra PCYC will help to ensure that these services continue to support young people well into the future.
