  • About

    P2E is an intensive diversionary program designed for at-risk youth in the ACT.

    The program is designed to establish and develop employment pathways through the provision of vocational education, social-emotional learning, personal development, and employment skills and qualifications. The program also includes driving lessons for those of driving age, work experience, and therapeutic risk-taking activities.

    Delivered over 20 weeks, four days per week, the program provides wrap around individualised support to the youth and their families to ensure participants are equipped to enter the workforce and pursue a career.

  • Criteria

    Youth aged 12-25
    (Please note, program engagement is limited to 14-18 years of age, and outreach support is available for 12-25 years)

    Living in the ACT or Queanbeyan region

    Disengaged from education

    At risk of engagement in the youth justice system
