Boxing

Boxing is an important part of Canberra PCYC's history and engagement with the community. Boxing at the Erindale Centre aims to be a place of belonging for everyone and provide a clear purpose for training.

The intention of classes is to build and strengthen agility, balance and coordination in conjunction with with learning the skillsets of boxing. Progression for all ages can be achieved from enjoying basic skills and building fitness levels, right through to participating in competitive boxing, representing the Canberra PCYC Boxing team.

Have fun, get fit, and be supported by our fantastic trainers to learn this classic sport.

Children’s Classes (aged 5 - 12yrs)

Tuesday, 4 pm - 4:30 pm

Thursday, 4 pm - 4:30 pm.

Fight Team (Elite Training)

Friday 5pm - 6pm

Adults $160 (One class/Week) $250 (Unlimited Classes)

Wrestling

Wrestling is one of the oldest Olympic sports. It develops strength, agility, speed and confidence and is an unbeatable self defence activity for both men and women. Improvements in flexibility and range of motion can be gained from regular wrestling training along with a great all over body workout.
